Open Pitch 2.0
Terms & conditions
Draft for review · September 2026
Tickets and entry
A valid Open Pitch ticket grants the named attendee entry to Open Pitch 2.0, subject to venue capacity, event rules and any reasonable safety requirements.
Pitch applications
Submitting a pitch application does not guarantee a place on stage. Pitchers are selected by the Open Pitch team. Applicants who are not selected to pitch can still attend using the regular event ticket purchased with their application.
Community-backed funding
The audience will help choose the pitch it wants to see go further. Any prize, proceeds or community-backed funding offered at the event will be subject to the final event rules communicated to selected pitchers.
Event changes
Open Pitch may make reasonable changes to the programme, timing, venue setup or participating pitchers where necessary. Material changes will be communicated to registered guests.
This page is a working draft for the test build and should be reviewed before live ticket sales begin.
