Open Pitch 2.0

Refund policy

Policy to be confirmed before live ticket sales

The final refund window, transfer rules and cancellation terms have not yet been supplied for this build. Live Paystack payments should remain in test mode until this policy is approved and published.

If the event is cancelled by Open Pitch, the final policy should specify how eligible ticket holders will be contacted and how refunds will be processed.
