What we collect
Ticket and pitch forms may collect names, email addresses, phone or WhatsApp numbers, city, occupation, industry, referral source and information submitted as part of a pitch application.
How we use it
We use this information to manage registration, issue tickets, communicate event updates, review pitch applications and operate Open Pitch.
Payments
Card or mobile-money payment details are handled by Paystack when live payments are enabled. Open Pitch does not need to store full card details in this site.
Saved form drafts
The website can save an unfinished registration or pitch application in the browser for up to 24 hours so a guest can continue where they left off. Completed drafts are cleared after successful checkout.
